Our licences

What we are authorised to do

Upscore is authorised to act as an independent mortgage broker in the UAE: to introduce clients to lenders and help arrange residential and commercial property finance. We are not a lender, and we do not hold client money beyond what is disclosed and permitted under our licence.

Regulatory statements

We comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations governing mortgage broking, consumer protection, anti-money-laundering and data protection. We treat customers fairly and disclose how we are paid: by the lender, on completion, with no fee to you.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, we want to put it right. Contact us at {{complaints_email}} or {{office_phone}} and we will acknowledge your complaint within {{complaint_ack_period}} and aim to resolve it within {{complaint_resolution_period}}. If you remain unhappy, you may escalate to {{relevant_regulator_or_ombudsman}}.

Risk warning

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Indicative figures shown on this site are estimates, not an offer of finance, and depend on lender assessment.
